The Rosselló apartment is a shared apartment between five students or Erasmus, boys and girls. Very high, a very nice mix of styles: loft, modernist and modern. 1st floor. 120 m2, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Each student has his own shower room. 4 rooms have windows with balcony, the last one has a window overlooking the patio. Fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, dishes…).

Apartment totally renovated during summer 2015. New windows, new electricity, new kitchen, new sanitary, new furniture… Everything is less than 4 years old.

The rent includes a weekly cleaning of the kitchen and toilets, available internet and washing machine. Electricity and water are the amount of charge indicated for each room: +/- 50€. The rental price varies between 350€ and 550€ per month without charges, depending on the room.

Large 100% equipped kitchen and dining room. Pantry with one shelf per roommate. 2 large fridges, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven.

WC laundry room

Cleaning

A cleaning service once a week of the common parts (3 toilets, living room/kitchen, corridor, entrance) will be set up and is included in the above-mentioned charges.

Linen option

For the sum of 110€, delivered packed in the room at the arrival, to be paid at the arrival, we put at your disposal a “kit of household linen Ikea” NEW and at cost price including (or equivalent if not available)

We prefer this option for the sake of hygiene and housekeeping. However, please note that if tenants leave their kit with us after their departure, it is given directly to the homeless via the association IURAA which organizes marauding in Barcelona to help the homeless people of Barcelona.

Right between Dreita Eixemple and Gracia. Calle Rossello, at the metro Verdaguer, metro L4, L10. Bus 6, 33, 34, …

The lease

Renting in July and August: minimum 31 days, maximum the available period (consult us). By contract, temporary lease totally furnished, signed directly with the Belgian owner living in Barcelona. The entire rental period must be paid once signed. One month guarantee. No agency fees.

This 11 m2 room with a single bed that converts into a double bed is perfect for students on Erasmus or internship in Barcelona. The room has been designed to maximize space, with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The room has a desk with a desk chair, a large wardrobe and access to its private shower room through the room.

Room 4

This 18 m2 room with a 3m2 double bed is perfect for students on Erasmus or internship in Barcelona. It is bright, with a glass door that opens onto a veranda overlooking the courtyard.
